Richard is an award-winning photographer with over a decade of experience, based in Derbyshire and working from the facilities at Great Northern Classics in Derby.

His passion for automotive detail photography began at an early age after discovering a hardback copy of Classic Dream Cars (Yves Le Ray, Bison Books, 1989), which introduced him to iconic design houses such as Pininfarina, Bertone, and William Towns.

A professional background has shaped his meticulous eye for detail, allowing him to create technically refined, visually striking imagery.

Richard has also been recognised as one of the Top 100 Automotive Photographers by Auto Photo Awards every year since the competition began, further cementing his reputation within the industry.

​

In addition, he is the photographer for the exclusive collectors’ car club, Automotive Utopia, with his work featured in the club’s bi-annual coffee table book.
